USPI is a leader in the ambulatory surgery center and short–stay hospital industry in the United States.

Our company’s name speaks to the importance we place upon our relationships with healthcare providers. In developing and acquiring surgical facilities, we have partnered with prominent physicians in each of our markets and some of America’s most respected health systems. More than 9,000 surgeons will use our facilities this year, and we have partnered with more than 3,200 individual surgeons in the ownership of our surgical facilities.
